Two 5-star, privately-owned Q1 apartments are now available for holiday accommodation on the Gold Coast. Q1 Apartments 4804 & 5405 offer tourists exclusive luxury accommodation. Situated on the 48th & 54th levels, these two Q1 resort apartments feature hypnotic views over the Pacific Ocean within a penthouse-style environment. Apartment 4804 = 2 Brm + (160 sq/m); Apartment 5405 = 3 brm + media room (205 sq/m).

These two Q1 Surfers Paradise apartments are in the exclusive sky-rise, sky-homes & penthouse upper section of the Q1 resort - this upper area has its own special bank of 3 lifts going directly from level 1 to 42, and then from there to the higher levels. The vast majority of other available Q1 apartments are on lower levels - up to level 41 - and most are smaller and don't guarantee good views.
Guaranteed Incredible Sea Views! You won't have the hassle of hearing "sorry, you can't have a higher-floor apartment (or sea view) because location is subject to availability when you check in" - and, I've checked, nothing better is available!!
