Q1 IS OPPOSITE THE BEACH! This is in contrast to other new high rise resorts in Surfers like Chevron Renaissance and Circle on the Cavill - these buildings are well back from the beach with a whole block of buildings and shops inbetween. Sure you can see the ocean from them, provided that (i) you are high up enough and don't mind seeing the ocean in the distance, and (ii) don't mind looking over the tops of lots of other buildings in front of you!
Q1 IS THE BEST! And our two apartments are amongst the best in Q1 - very high floors, very large and with unrestricted ocean views. Q1 Gold Coast - becoming world famous with domestic & international tourists, and favourite location for international film makers: Hollywood, Bollywood, Aussiewood, etc.

We at Gold Coast Luxury Apartments receive hundreds of email enquiries from domestic & international tourists. All request ocean views. Guests do NOT come to Q1 Gold Coast to:
- look at the mountains! Or the city! Or look mainly into the hinterland!
- look at other buildings - like Peninsula Apartment Building (a 42 floor high-rise), just on the North side of Q1 - just across the road in fact! Q1 apartments facing NE on levels up to 45 have restricted views.
CAUTION: the major provider of Q1 apartments (and some other private providers) will generally NOT guarantee what apartment you will get when you check in. What you get on arrival is usually "subject to availability" at check in time! This means that you may not get the best ocean views. Do you want to take this risk on your hard-worked-for holiday??
Q1 IS a fantastic building, and as long as you are high up (esp. above level 42), you are going to get good views. However, our experience shows that guests specifically want THE BEST OCEAN VIEWS from the highest floors. After all, this is Q1, the world's tallest Resort!!
