The major view is SE which is totally unrestricted (apartments on lower floors facing NE look directly into the 44 level Peninsula Resort, on the NE side of Q1). Very few apts. above level 54 are available for rent.
- Q1 APARTMENT 4804: 2 brms+, 160 sq.m. located on 48th floor, with the major view East over the ocean (but also SE and NE). This is one of the four best 2 brm+ apartments available for holiday accomm. in Q1.

It looks far because Q1 resort has such huge grounds and lagoon pools between itself and the beach).
