These two Q1 apartments are in the exclusive "sky-rise, sky-homes & penthouses" upper section of the Q1 building - the upper section has its own special bank of 3 lifts going directly from level 1 to level 42, and then from there to the higher levels. (The vast majority of other available Q1 apartments are on lower levels , i.e. up to level 41 - and most of these apartments are smaller and don't have such good views).

Guaranteed Incredible Sea Views! You don't have the hassle of "sorry, you can't have a higher-floor apartment (or sea view) because location is subject to availability when you check in - and, I've checked, and nothing better is available"!!
